How it works:
- Select a half, quarter, or whole cow.
- Pay deposit, this will determine your cut date and delivery.
- Fill out cut sheet to select the cuts you want.
- Pick up at scheduled locations or request delivery.
Available Cuts- The amounts will vary depending on whether you get a whole, half, or quarter beef. After you have decided on Wagyu or Angus along with your desired finish and we have a cut sheet we will work directly with the butcher to make sure you get the quality you deserve.
- Steaks: T-bone, Sirloin, Sirloin tip, Round, Flank, Tri-tip, Filet Mignon
- Ribs: Short Ribs, Rib Roast, Rib Steaks
- Roasts: Brisket, Rump Roast, Chuck Roast, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Fajita meat
- Grounds: Ground Beef is the most common, but you may also get sausages or hamburger patties for an additional cost.
- Sausages: Brats, Polish, Italian, Jalapeño Cheddar, Beer Brat, German, Cajun, and more.
- Snack Sticks: Teriyaki, Original, Pepperoni, Pepper, Jalapeño Cheddar and more
- Summer Sausage
- Offal: Liver, Kidney, Heart, Oxtail, Tongue
